Kingsman Life is a trade name of The Kingsman Project LLC (“Kingsman Life,” “The Kingsman Project,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information when you visit the Kingsman Life website, join or participate in the Kingsman Life community, register for events, purchase a membership or other offering, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with Kingsman Life (collectively, the “Services”).

The Kingsman Life community is currently provided using Mighty Networks, a third-party community platform. Payment processing may be provided through Stripe and other third-party payment providers.

By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information You Provide to Us

The information we collect depends upon how you interact with Kingsman Life.

We may collect information you provide when you:

create or maintain a Kingsman Life membership or account;
complete your member profile;
answer membership, onboarding or screening questions;
purchase or renew a membership, subscription, program or other offering;
participate in community discussions, courses, groups, events or Gatherings;
post comments, questions, prayer requests or other content;

Depending upon your interaction with us, this information may include your name, email address, profile photograph, general location, biographical information, membership information, interests, responses to onboarding or membership questions, communications, and content you choose to contribute to the community.

Community Content

Kingsman Life is designed to encourage conversation, connection and brotherhood. Information you choose to post in community areas may be visible to other members according to the settings and functionality of the relevant Space or feature.

This may include posts, comments, profile information, photographs, reactions, questions, prayer requests and other information you voluntarily share.

Please use appropriate judgment when deciding what information to share within the community. You should not post information about another person without appropriate permission.

Faith and Other Sensitive Information

Kingsman Life is a Christian community. As a result, information you voluntarily provide through your profile, membership responses, posts, prayer requests, discussions or other interactions may reveal information concerning your religious beliefs or other aspects of your personal life.

You are not required to disclose sensitive personal information beyond information reasonably necessary to participate in particular Services.

Please consider carefully what personal or sensitive information you choose to share, particularly in community posts, discussions or prayer requests that may be visible to other members.

Where applicable law provides additional protection to sensitive categories of personal information, we will handle such information in accordance with applicable requirements.

Payment Information

If you purchase a Kingsman Life membership or other paid offering, payments may be processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe.

We generally do not receive or store your complete payment-card details. Payment processors may provide us with limited information relating to a transaction, such as your name, billing information, payment status, transaction amount, subscription status and limited payment-method information.

Payment information collected directly by a payment processor is governed by that provider’s privacy policy and terms.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website or use the community platform, certain technical and usage information may be collected automatically.

Kingsman Life includes interactive community features.

Depending upon the relevant community settings, information you provide may be visible to other Kingsman Life members. This may include your profile information and content you choose to post or contribute.

Members should understand that information shared with other people cannot be guaranteed to remain private. Although community standards may prohibit members from improperly copying, distributing or misusing another member’s content, we cannot control the actions of every individual who receives or views information within the community.

For that reason, please do not share information within Kingsman Life that you would not be comfortable sharing with the members who have access to the relevant area.

5. Email and Other Communications

We may use your contact information to send communications relating to your membership, account, transactions, events, community activity, security or other aspects of the Services.

If you choose to receive newsletters, updates or marketing communications, you may unsubscribe from those communications at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism provided or by contacting us.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications will not necessarily prevent us from sending administrative, transactional, security or membership-related communications where appropriate.

Community-platform notifications may also be controlled through the notification settings available within the relevant platform or application.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share personal information with trusted service providers that help us operate Kingsman Life and provide the Services. These may include:

community-platform providers;

These may include Mighty Networks for community functionality, Squarespace for website services, Stripe for payment processing, and other technology providers used from time to time.

When you interact directly with a third-party platform or service, that provider may collect and process information in accordance with its own privacy policy and terms.

Kingsman Life may also contain links to external websites or services. We do not control the privacy practices of independent third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies when using their services.
